By accessing and placing an order with CreateSellRepeat, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other communication between you and CreateSellRepeat.
General Terms
Under no circumstances shall the CreateSellRepeat team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profit, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site. CreateSellRepeat will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resources usage policy at any time.
License
CreateSellRepeat grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the app strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and CreateSellRepeat. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the CreateSellRepeat Service. If you violate any of these Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.
Definitions and key terms
Cookie: small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser. Company: CreateSellRepeat. Country: New Zealand. Device: any internet-connected device used to visit CreateSellRepeat. Service: the service provided by CreateSellRepeat. Third-party service: advertisers, sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services may interest you. You: a person or entity registered with CreateSellRepeat to use the Services.
Restrictions

Payment
If you register for any recurring payment plan, you agree to pay all fees or charges in accordance with the fees, charges and billing terms in effect at the time each fee or charge is due and payable. You must provide CreateSellRepeat with a valid credit card as a condition of signing up for a paid plan. By providing your payment information, you authorize CreateSellRepeat to verify information immediately and subsequently invoice your account for all fees and charges due. You agree to immediately notify CreateSellRepeat of any change in your billing address or payment method. CreateSellRepeat reserves the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods, either immediately upon posting on our Site or by email delivery. Any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection of delinquent undisputed amounts shall be your responsibility. No contract will exist until CreateSellRepeat accepts your order by confirmatory email, SMS/MMS message, or other appropriate means. You are responsible for any third-party fees you may incur.
Return and Refund Policy
All CreateSellRepeat purchases are final and non-refundable. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive immediate access to your AI-generated product materials, studio tools and credits, which means the service has been fully delivered. Because the product is digital and provided instantly, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. If you experience a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@createsellrepeat.com and we will review it promptly.
Your Suggestions
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions provided by you to CreateSellRepeat with respect to the app shall remain the sole and exclusive property of CreateSellRepeat. We shall be free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute suggestions for any purpose and in any way without any credit or compensation to you.
Your Consent and Links to Other Websites
By using our app, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Terms & Conditions. Our Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by CreateSellRepeat. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such websites, which are subject to those websites' own rules and policies.

Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities. You agree that CreateSellRepeat has no obligation to provide any Updates, or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionalities.

CreateSellRepeat shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or CreateSellRepeat. CreateSellRepeat may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the app and delete all copies from your computer. Termination will not limit any of CreateSellRepeat's rights or remedies at law or in equity.
Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner or such owner's agent and believe any material on our app constitutes an infringement, please contact us with: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person; (b) identification of the material claimed to be infringing; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized; and (e) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CreateSellRepeat and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to or arising out of your use of the app, violation of this Agreement or any law or regulation, or violation of any right of a third party.
No Warranties
The app is provided to you 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, CreateSellRepeat expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. CreateSellRepeat provides no warranty or undertaking that the app will meet your requirements, be compatible with any other software, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free. Neither CreateSellRepeat nor any provider makes any representation that the app, its servers, content, or emails sent from or on behalf of CreateSellRepeat are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of CreateSellRepeat and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CreateSellRepeat or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, even if advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, any right or power under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any applicable purchase or other terms, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
Amendments to this Agreement
CreateSellRepeat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our app after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use CreateSellRepeat.
Entire Agreement and Updates to Our Terms
The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CreateSellRepeat regarding your use of the app and supersedes all prior written or oral agreements. You may be subject to additional terms that apply when you use or purchase other CreateSellRepeat services. We may change our Service and policies and will notify you before material changes take effect. If you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to updated Terms, you can delete your account.
Intellectual Property
The app and its entire contents, features and functionality are owned by CreateSellRepeat, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by New Zealand and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way without the express prior written permission of CreateSellRepeat, unless expressly provided in these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the material is prohibited.
Agreement to Arbitrate
This section applies to any dispute except disputes relating to claims for injunctive or equitable relief regarding the enforcement or validity of intellectual property rights. The term 'dispute' means any dispute, action, or other controversy between you and CreateSellRepeat concerning the Services or this agreement, whether in contract, warranty, tort, statute, regulation, ordinance, or any other legal or equitable basis, and will be given the broadest possible meaning allowable under law.
Notice of Dispute and Binding Arbitration
In the event of a dispute, either party must give the other a written Notice of Dispute. You must send any Notice of Dispute via email to hello@createsellrepeat.com. We will send any Notice of Dispute to you by mail to your address if we have it, or otherwise to your email address. You and CreateSellRepeat will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent. After sixty (60) days, either party may commence binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek interim or preliminary injunctive relief from any court as necessary to protect rights pending completion of arbitration. Any legal, accounting, and other costs and expenses incurred by the prevailing party shall be borne by the non-prevailing party.
Submissions and Privacy
If you submit or post any ideas, creative suggestions, designs, photographs, information, advertisements, data or proposals, you expressly agree that such submissions will automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of CreateSellRepeat without any compensation or credit to you. CreateSellRepeat and its affiliates shall have no obligations with respect to such submissions and may use the ideas for any purposes in any medium in perpetuity.
Promotions
CreateSellRepeat may from time to time include contests, promotions, sweepstakes, or other activities that require you to submit material or information. All Promotions may be governed by separate rules that may contain eligibility requirements, such as age and geographic location restrictions. You are responsible to read all Promotion rules to determine whether you are eligible. If you enter any Promotion, you agree to abide by and comply with all Promotion rules.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product or service, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your payment account in the amount of the charge.
Miscellaneous
If any provision or portion of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of CreateSellRepeat. CreateSellRepeat will be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief in the event of any breach. CreateSellRepeat operates and controls the Service from its offices in New Zealand. The Service is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law. These Terms & Conditions contain the entire understanding between you and CreateSellRepeat concerning its subject matter and cannot be changed or modified by you. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal import.
Disclaimer
CreateSellRepeat is not responsible for any content, code or other imprecision. CreateSellRepeat does not provide warranties or guarantees. In no event shall CreateSellRepeat be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. The Company reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice. The Service and its contents are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranty or representations of any kind. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. CreateSellRepeat does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, uncorrupted, timely, or error-free.
